Let’s face it, the Easy Fundraising toolbar can be annoying, especially on smaller screens and with Windows 10 / Microsoft Edge it just doesn’t work anymore.
So if you keep forgetting about Easy Fundraising whenever you go to Amazon, or any other online shop, then here is a way to help you remember. Note these instructions are for Internet Explorer 11, but the same principle will also work with other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Log in to Easy Fundraising and let the browser remember your login details.
Search for Amazon (or whichever retailer you want) and you should get a page like the following.
Right click on the Amazon logo on the left and select ‘add to favourites’. (Some browsers may not have this option. Instead you can select ‘copy link’, ‘copy shortcut’, or similar and then manually create a new favourite.)
Add the favourite to the ‘Favourites Bar’ calling it ‘Amazon’ (ie not Easy Fundraising) and your browser will create an ‘Amazon’ button on the favourites bar.
Now every time you wish to visit Amazon just click the browser button and you will be taken to the Easy Fundraising page with the Amazon link in it.
If you have more than one retailer you regularly use you can log in to Easy Fundraising and add them as favourite retailers. You do this by searching for the retailer and clicking on the ‘Favourite’ button, circled in red below, so that the star becomes gold.
Repeat this for all of the retailers you wish to have as favourites and then create a favourite button in your browser using the link https://new.easyfundraising.org.uk/favourites/.

Or just try using Google to find out how to do this on your computer / browser combo!
